Great service. I'm very happy. Arrived at 10:30am for a safety check and a car wash. Second time here for car wash so I'm still figuring out how it works - enter on King St, someone will come up to your car, you tell them what kind of wash you want (check out what they offer beforehand so you know upon arrival). They'll take your keys and you wait in the air-conditioned room. When your car is done, the cashier announces the make and car color - at that time, you pay cashier. At the time I paid my bill, the cashier let me know that for next time, safety check isn't available till 12:30pm. It was nice that they took me early and politely informed me so I know better next time. Also, if you want trunk vacuum and tires dressed, you gotta ask for those extras (it's a couple bucks more for both). I didn't know that and I was wondering why everything but my trunk was vacuumed - then I looked back at one of the Yelp photos and noticed it's an extra on their menu. When I left, all the guys wiping other cars down said thank you!!

We've been coming here for years to wash our car. There are many other car washes in the area for cheaper but what keeps us coming back is their service. They really take care of your car like it was their own. They also have a great waiting area which is air conditioned with comfy chairs and complimentary beverages. Wait time can vary but it's worth it.

I've been coming here for years and I highly recommend them. Affordable and friendly car cleaning service. Reasonably priced and worth the wait. Car wash, wax and vacuum for $36. Today the service was a bit rushed and I recognized my mat was missing a piece from my last service I had (they remove and clean my mats) and the piece was under my chair. When I mentioned it they stated the owner would reimburse me if I need to replace the part. Bonus: if you collect 10 wash card you get the 11th one free.

Came here for the car wash. John Ohtani, our Audi salesperson, highly recommended Yajima Service Station for a car wash. We did the car wash, vacuum, tires, extra wax and the trunk vacuuming...in other words, we did the works. Fast and efficient. We will be back again. Toshi was terrific. Took extra time to make sure the Q3 looked awesome.

They got the best car wash on the island the robot car wash fits all cars and trucks love the wax that they use from Japan it's great they also got a great car repair shop and auto body shop the guys there really take pride on what there doing thanks for the great service

Went there for safety check. No appointment needed. It was a Tuesday after around 2 pm. Didn't have to wait long. Done in less than 15 minutes. When I was leaving I saw the cashier young girl helping an elderly grandma to get in her car. Very impressed.

I have had multiple great experiences here, from fixing my tire when others wouldn’t try, to being patient with me on safety. I am actively going far out of my way to take my cars there now for other service.

I had such a great experience at Yajima Service Station! I came in for a safety check and ended up leaving with brand new tires, a completed safety inspection, and total peace of mind. The process was smooth and efficient, and the customer service was truly top notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and made everything easy to understand. You can tell they really care about taking care of their customers. I also loved that they had fresh bentos and drinks available for purchase while I waited...such a nice touch! The waiting area is spacious with plenty of seating, which made the time pass comfortably. Highly recommend Yajima Service Station.
